At Home Depot, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and refunds.

Return Policy
Limited Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty applies to Outsunny products purchased directly from Aosom or authorized retailers and marketplaces. It covers defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date, unless otherwise stated.
Only items sold through authorized merchants, official marketplaces, or the official Outsunny Shopify store are eligible. Third-party sellers may include additional warranty terms.

What’s Covered?
This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty workmanship
  • Missing or broken parts (reported within the warranty window)

What’s Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or weather conditions
  • Commercial or non-residential use
  • Modifications or improper assembly
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Labor, installation, or third-party service costs

What Happens If There’s an Issue?
If a warranty claim is approved, Outsunny may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send replacement parts
  • Provide a replacement unit
  • Issue a partial or full refund (if a replacement is not available)

Shipping for replacement parts or products will be covered by Outsunny. In some cases, return shipping of the defective item may be required and covered.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and product details.
  2. Submit photos or videos of the issue, if applicable.
  3. Warranty claims must be submitted within 1 year of purchase.

Items must be returned in original packaging if requested, using a pre-paid shipping label provided by Outsunny.

Return Policy
30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or assembled items
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Clearance or final sale items (if stated on the product page)

Return Process

  1. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Use the pre-paid label provided (if return is approved).
  3. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or product defect.
