Order Processing and Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 24 hours. Our average shipping time is 3-5 business days after processing, though shipping carriers (FedEx and UPS) are experiencing delays due to high demand. In some cases, you may not receive tracking updates until the package arrives at its final destination. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
For Monarch Specialties brand products, please expect 1-2 business days for warehouse processing and an additional 15-20 business days for shipping.
Can I Track My Purchase?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order status using this tracking number. If you need to make changes or cancel an order that has already been processed, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Tracking Issues
If you’re experiencing issues with tracking updates or see no movement for your order, please note that shipping carriers are experiencing increased demand, which may result in tracking issues. Rest assured that your order is still on its way.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, as our shipping is free to all customers. With multiple warehouses nationwide, we aim to deliver orders within 20-30 business days.
Can You Deliver to a PO Box?
No, we only deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Return Policy
You have 30 days to return an item in its original condition. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order on the same day, you won’t be charged any fees. However, if the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for returning the package. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take a picture of the damage.
- Email us at tbmynfuv129393@outlook.com with the photos.
- Keep the packaging and materials, as they may be required for the claims process. We will work with you directly to resolve the issue.
Signature Required for Delivery
For high-value or large items, a signature may be required upon delivery. You can also arrange to pick up your package from a FedEx location if necessary. Please check your tracking information to see if a signature is required.
On-Time Delivery Guarantee
- If your package doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will provide a $5 off voucher for your next order (one per order).
- This applies to orders placed by registered customers only.
- To claim the coupon, please fill out the On-Time Delivery Guarantee application form.
Circumstances Not Covered by the On-Time Delivery Guarantee:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Pre-sale or wholesale orders.
- Orders where a no-reason return or exchange has been requested.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions (Force Majeure Events).
Liability for Loss or Damage
We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage during shipping. Please allow us time to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will work with you to send replacement parts or a new item as needed.
